All loans are subject to credit approval, property approval and lender underwriting guidelines, and not all applicants will qualify. Inquiry and loan texts: messages about your inquiry, your loan and the mortgage services you asked about. Marketing texts: occasional texts such as mortgage tips and market updates, sent only if you check the second box.
- How you opt in. Check the box for each kind of text you want on our website form. Checking one box doesn’t sign you up for the other. You can also text us first, and we’ll text you back about your question.
- How often. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
- How to opt out. Reply STOP at any time. We will stop sending text messages to that number.
