This website, www.loanhome.us, is operated by The Loan Home Team: Kevin deNeergaard, Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #2450179), powered by Scott Capital Group (NMLS #876527), 1890 Palmer Ave, Suite 302, Larchmont, NY 10538. Scott Capital Group is a Registered Mortgage Broker with the New York State Department of Financial Services. All mortgage loans arranged with third party providers. We arrange but do not make loans.
In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean The Loan Home Team and Kevin deNeergaard. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and by text message, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

- Quote and contact requests. Your name, phone number, email address, the message you write, and which text messages you agree to receive from us.
- Newsletter sign-up. Your email address.
- Calls, texts and emails. Anything you choose to share when you contact us directly.
Device and usage information
When you visit the site, our website platform and analytics tools may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site and its forms working and to measure how the site is used, including standard analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended if you do. Pages that display our Google reviews, and the web fonts used on this site, load content from Google and other third parties, which may receive your IP address and browser information when that content loads.

SMS and text messaging
Kevin deNeergaard and The Loan Home Team (Scott Capital Group) send two kinds of text messages, and our website form has a separate, optional box for each. If you check the first box, or text us first, we may text you about your inquiry, your loan and the mortgage services you asked about. If you check the second box, we may also send occasional marketing texts, such as mortgage tips and market updates. Checking one box doesn’t sign you up for the other. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or loan.

Text messages are sent and received through our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which processes your mobile number on our behalf to deliver those messages. How we share information
We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
- Service providers acting on our behalf. Companies that help us run our business, such as GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for our CRM, website forms, email and text messaging, and providers of website hosting, analytics and embedded reviews. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
- Lenders and others involved in your loan, when you apply. When you apply for a mortgage, we share your information with the third-party lenders we arrange loans with, and with others needed to process and close your loan, such as appraisers, title companies, insurance providers and attorneys.
- As required by law. When required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, in response to requests from regulators such as the New York State Department of Financial Services, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, our business or others.
This site links to other websites, such as Google, Zillow, NMLS Consumer Access and our online mortgage application. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Financial privacy
Federal law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, gives you certain rights over how financial institutions share nonpublic personal information, such as the income, asset, employment and credit information you provide when you apply for a mortgage. Nonpublic personal information collected in connection with a loan application is handled in accordance with Scott Capital Group's privacy practices.
Please read the Scott Capital Group Privacy Policy. If you apply for a loan, any privacy notice provided to you with your application also describes your rights, including any right to limit sharing.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we limit access to the people and service providers who need it to help you. No website, email or text message is completely secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive financial details through the contact form, email or text. Use the secure online application (the Apply Now link) instead, or call 631-250-6930.
Your choices
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Marketing texts are optional: leave the second box unchecked and we won’t send them.
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or marketing email, or email us and we will remove you.
- Cookies. Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
- Access, correction and deletion. Email Kevin@scottcapitalgroup.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep some information to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements for mortgage loans.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes take effect when posted.
